Who We Are
Arizona Bridge to Recovery is a program of Community Bridges located in Mesa, Arizona. This new stand-alone, Level 1 facility is designed specifically to provide voluntary medical detoxification services and comprehensive continuing care for private individuals and health care providers (HMO's, PPO's, EAP's, Hospital Emergency Departments, etc).
- Nationally accredited (CARF) and licensed by the Arizona Department of Health Services
Treatment Highlights
- Treatment includes the most current state-of-the-art medications (Hythiam Premeta®; Buprenorphine; Naltrexone).
- Our "Center for Excellence" Matrix model Intensive Outpatient Program provides an integrated continuum of care after Detox for patients and their families.
- Community Bridges family treatment program incorporates the Community Resouce and Family Treatment (CRAFT) model.
Criteria for Admission
- Individuals are screened according to the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM).
- Patients are admitted on a voluntary basis.
- Screening and intake 24 hours per day.
- Self-pay or insurance reimbursable.
